GE and Crestwood have embarked on a first-of-its-kind software collaboration in the midstream oil & gas sector is focused on asset performance management to elevate productivity to an new performance levels. Crestwood sees potential in true enterprise business impact in regards to managing their assets and operations through data. APM streams asset data, decreases downtime (planned vs. unplanned), transitions from uptime to availability management, and enables onsite/mobile field automation tools to enable faster decisions. True business level outcomes that APM is solving for Crestwood include uninterrupted gas gathering, enhanced performance and increased availability, compressor package visibility and management update readiness.
