Senior Vice President, Lean & Operations, GE Digital
Shenetra Moses is the Senior Vice President of Lean & Operations for GE Digital where she is responsible for leading the Lean, Sourcing and Facilities teams.
Shenetra has extensive experience leading lean transformations and managing operations for companies such as General Motors, Scholle Packaging, Navistar, Inc, Baxter Healthcare Corporation and Northrop Grumman Corporation. She’s worked in the automotive, food packaging, healthcare and defense industries all within manufacturing, engineering and/or operations. Most recently, she was general manager of Operations for Amazon.com.
Shenetra has been awarded several top honors for her proven track record of success from her time at General Motors through present. She is a guest speaker for the Kellogg School of Management EMBA program where she shares her experience and knowledge with current students and administration in the areas of lean manufacturing, operations and executive leadership.
Shenetra earned her Executive MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, an MS in Lean Manufacturing Operations from Kettering University and a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Tennessee State University. She is also certified on Kaizen Instruction & Facilitation and Lean & Flexible Production Systems.
