Prasad Pai is the Senior Director of Product Management for GE Digital’s Automation Software. In this role, Prasad manages the direction and innovation for GE’s flagship HMI/SCADA software, iFIX and CIMPLICITY, used by more than 20,000 companies around the world, as well as the company's innovative Proficy Orchestration Hub manufacturing product data management solution.
With decades of experience in the automation industry, Prasad joined GE 20 years ago with the acquisition of Intellution. Well known in the automation industry as a thought leader, he has served in a variety of roles spanning product management, professional services, marketing, and strategic initiatives. He is passionate about helping organizations meet diverse challenges such as the changing workforce landscape, supply chain issues, global competitiveness, and escalating regulatory requirements.
