About Installing Historian Data Collectors

When you install collectors, the required binaries are downloaded. However, to use the collectors, you must add the collector instance using Configuration Hub. You can install the following collectors to use with Historian:

If you want to upgrade collectors earlier than version 7.1, additional registries that you create manually are deleted. Therefore, we recommend that you back them up, uninstall the collectors, and then install the latest version.
