License Client
- License Client Overview
  Use the License Client to activate, review, and update licenses on a client device or a GE USB hardware key. The License Client can retrieve licenses from the GE Cloud License Server, a Local License Server on your intranet, or a GE USB hardware key.
- Installing the License Client
  You must install the License Client on all client devices that require GE software licenses.

  Before migrating to cloud-based licensing, you must remove your existing licenses.

Cleaning Licenses on a Computer Connected to a Local License Server

Use the Clean command to remove licenses from an online computer connected to a local license server.

From the License Client, click the Advanced tab.
The "Do you need to do something else?" page appears with several options for advanced operations.
Click Clean license information on this computer.
The "Clean and Refresh licenses for this computer" page appears.

Select one of the following actions.

Option	Description
Clean	Permanently remove all license information from this computer.
Clean and Refresh	Clean license information and then refresh the licenses from the Local License Server.

Click Confirm to perform the selected action.
