Restoring Archives Using Shadow Copy Service on Windows Vista or Windows 7

This process will restore an archive using Microsoft® Volume Shadow Copy Service on Windows Vista or Windows 7. If you need additional assistance about using Windows 7 Restore Wizard, refer to Microsoft's website at: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-IN/windows7/Restore-files-from-a-backup

Procedure

Open the Control Panel.
Select Back up your computer.
The Back up or restore your files page appears.
Select Restore my files.
Select Browse for files or Browse for folders.
Select the items that you want to back up, and then select Next.
Select the destination path, and then select Restore.
The Confirmation page appears.
Select Recover.
The Recover Progress page appears.
When the recovery process completes, select Close.
