Search for a Work Order

Procedure

  1. In the Work Order Manager page, select in the main navigation bar.
    A window containing a list of search options appears.
  2. Provide the search criteria as described in the following table.

    SERIAL/LOTEnter a serial/lot number to access the associated work orders. You must enter the complete serial/lot number.
    WORK ORDEREnter a work order number to access the details of the work order. You must enter the complete work order number.
    MATERIAL FAMILYSelect the material family used for the serials/lots in the work order. If you select a value in this box, options in the MATERIAL box are filtered accordingly.
    MATERIALSelect the material used for the serials/lots in the work order. This box contains a list of materials that belong to the material family you have selected.
    WORK ORDER STATUSSelect the status of the work order that you want to access.
    Tip: To search for a work order using a barcode, select for an option, and scan for the barcode specific to the option.
    • Use your device's front camera only for Barcode/QR code scanning. The application supports one-dimensional (Aztec, Data Matrix, MaxiCode, PDF417, UPC-A, UPC-E, UPC/EAN Extension) and two-dimensional (Codabar, Code 39, Code 93, Code 128, EAN-8, EAN-13, ITF, QR Code, RSS 14, RSS Expanded) types of standard codes.
    • In iPad, you can use only in the Safari browser.

Results

A list of work orders based on the search criteria appear.
Tip: To clear the results and perform a new search, select Clear Results.
