Importing User Defined Types

About this task

The Import User Defined Types function enables you to create or modify User Defined Types in the Historian Server. You can also add and modify User Defined Types using Historian Administrator.

Procedure

Select Administration and then select Import MultiField Source Addresses from the Historian menu.
A message box appears asking you to confirm whether to import the sets.
Select Yes to initiate the operation.
If successful, a message box appears with the message, Import MultiField Source Addresses Succeeded confirming completion of the import function. Select OK to close the window
If errors on the import occur, a message box appears detailing the issues encountered during the import.
