Returning a Lot

Before you begin

  • To return a lot that was consumed, you must have the Return raw material permission. If you do not have the permission to perform this task, request your administrator to provide the permission using Security application. For more information, refer to Create a Role.
  • To return a lot that was consumed, you must clock on the operation of the lot. If the operation is not clocked on, the Return button is not enabled. Refer to Clock on Serials/Lots for an Operation to clock an operation.
