View Test History

About this task

View the test history details of all the serials/ lots in receiving inspection. You can view the test history details like under which unit and line the test was created, the current value, when it was entered, who performed the test, and who verified the test.

Procedure

In the Inspection Criteria section, in the column containing the sample (either for a lot or a lot's test variable) for which you want to view the test history, select

, and then select Show Test History.

The Test History Details window appears, displaying the following test history details of the selected serial or the variable:

Field	Description
Sheet	Name of the display sheet configured in Plant Applications. Not applicable for Receiving Inspection.
Variable	The quality test that was performed.
Production Unit	The production unit on which the lot was created.
Production Line	The production line one which the lot was created.
Records Found	The total number of changes made to this test historically.
Result On	The date of the latest entry.
Current Value	The value of the latest test.
Entered On	The date on which the latest entry was made.
Performed by	The name of the user who performed the test.
Verified by	The name of the user who verified the test entry while using the e-signature feature. Currently not available for Receiving Inspection.

Note: For boolean type, the value 0 denotes Fail, and 1 denotes Pass.
