Prioritize a Work Order

Before you begin

If you do not have the permission to perform this task, request your administrator to provide the permission using Security.

Procedure

  1. In the Work Order Manager page, depending on the status of the work order that you want to prioritize, select one of the following tabs:
    • Released
    • On hold
  2. In the row containing the work order that you want to prioritize, in the Priority box, enter the priority of the work order.
    Note: You cannot leave the Priority box blank. If you do not want to specify a priority, enter 0.
    Tip: You can also specify the priority by accessing the work order details and selecting .

Results

The priority is set for the work order.
