Deleting Devices from Predix Edge Manager
When you delete a device, it is completely deleted from the cloud and removed from the Edge Manager UI.

Deleting Devices from Predix Edge Manager

When you delete a device, it is completely deleted from the cloud and removed from the Edge Manager UI.

About this task

Once you delete a device, you can add it back to inventory and re-enroll it using the same device ID and name.

Procedure

In the left navigation pane, select Device Manager > Devices.
Select the devices to delete, and select Action > Delete.

Note: The Delete action is disabled if no filters are applied to the device list to prevent you from deleting all devices.
In the confirmation dialog, click Confirm to delete the devices.
Devices are permanently deleted, and a confirmation dialog appears.
Click Close.
