Ge90发动机累计飞行3000万小时

2012年7月9日--英国范堡罗航展--超过1,400台GE90发动机目前在全球运营,整个机队已累计飞行超过3000万小时。

"GE90系列发动机于1995年投入使用,今天机队达到了3000万飞行小时的里程碑,我们感到非常自豪,"GE航空集团GE90发动机项目总经理比尔.密尔汉姆(Bill Millaem)表示。"目前,以GE90发动机为动力的波音777飞机有950多架订单,预计在未来的几年里,随着发动机的交付使用,该机队的飞行时数将呈数倍增长。"

三月份,GE航空集团庆祝交付了第1,000台GE90-115B发动机。GE90-115B发动机于2004年投入运营,为波音777-300ERs、777-200LRs和777货机提供动力。去年是GE90发动机最成功的一年,客运及货运航空公司累计订购了400台发动机,包括阿联酋航空破纪录的50架以GE90-115B发动机为动力的波音777飞机订单。这一数字超过了2007年250台发动机的记录。

GEnx发动机持续表现卓越

2012年7月9日--英国范堡罗航展--GE航空集团近100台为波音787梦想飞机、747-8货机和747-8洲际飞机提供动力的GEnx发动机已运营9个月,持续显示出卓越表现。

"自去年10月投入使用以来,GEnx发动机已累计超过130,000飞行小时和28,000循环,"GE航空集团GEnx项目总经理Chuck Nugent表示,"客户们一直在称赞发动机的可靠性,燃油效率和低噪音,我们为今年能向全球的客户交付更多的发动机感到非常兴奋。"

为了确保顺利投入运营,GE航空集团现场服务工程师们(FSEs)在各地亲自迎接使用GEnx发动机的首批航班。迄今,60名工程师已在27个国家的48个机场迎接了2,100多个航班。

发动机的生产将延续到2024年后

英国范堡罗航展--2012年7月9号--GE航空集团在过去的40年中交付了7,000台CF6发动机,并预计该生产线将会一直生产至2024年后。

"CF6系列发动机的势头依然像以往一样强劲,"GE航空集团CF6项目总经理查克.威廉姆斯(Chuck Williams)表示,"去年,CF6发动机累计收到了130台确认订单。这些订单将使CF6发动机的生产持续到2024年以后。"

去年,CF6发动机庆祝了服役40周年及CF6-80C2发动机生产线投产27年。目前有4,000多台CF6发动机在服役,占CF6发动机总产量的67%。同时,有1,600多架以CF6为动力的飞机仍在运营中,占全部以CF6为动力的飞机的三分之二。该系列发动机已累计超过3.75亿飞行小时及1亿循环。

CF6-80C2发动机是GE销量最好的宽体飞机发动机。该发动机已累积飞行了1.88多亿飞行小时及4300万循环,相当于往返月球43.2万次。
