Chery Jaguar Land Rover's (CJLR) Changshu plant (just outside of Shanghai) is a modern and futuristic automotive manufacturing environment. Using GE Digital Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), CJLR is able to connect to over 500 machines and automate their Power Train Machining plant. Additionally, CJLR has implemented visual assembly and training using mixed-reality solution Hololens for its new generation of plant workers. Using GE Digital MES in its engine plant, CJLR has achieved zero downtime.
