Step 8.1. Set up a Printed Report
Procedure
- Open the PRT_UI.
- Select the Region for which data will be printed.
- Select the view that displays the information you want to print from the View drop-down list.

Do one of the following.
Option 1
Make sure that no items are selected.
The printed report will contain all of the items in the region.
Option 2
Select items by holding down the
- Ctrl key to select individual items or
- Shift key to select a block of items.
The printed report will contain the selected items in the region.
- Click File on the menu bar.

Select Print Setup.
The Print Setup dialog box opens.
- Make any required changes to the print specifications, including Portrait or Landscape orientation.
- Click OK to save the changes, or click Cancel to cancel the operation.
