Check if Microsoft SQL Server Service is Running
Procedure
Expand the Database Logger in the Workbench left pane.
Double-click Service Manager.
The SQL Server Service Manager dialog box appears.
Click the Start/Continue button, if it is enabled, to start the Microsoft SQL Server.
