9.3. Get

About this task

The Get button fetches the selected entity version and overwrites the corresponding files on the local server.

Important: It is strongly recommended that you compare the difference between the selected entity version and the entity on the local server before getting the file.

Procedure

Click Get.

A message box opens asking you to confirm that you want to get the selected PCM entity version.

Click one of the following.


OK	The selected entity on the PCM server overwrites the local copy.
Cancel	Cancels the Get.
