中国苏州 --2009年3月4日 --通用电气公司（纽约证券交易所：GE）下属的航空集团今天宣布在苏州的新工厂开业。GE航空系统的总裁兼首席执行官罗琳女士主持了开业庆典，出席的嘉宾包括苏州市政府、中国航空工业集团、和其他政府和航空企业的领导和代表。

"我们的苏州工厂为本地的发展带来了先进的系统制造工艺，" 罗琳女士说. "GE一如既往将积极地为中国民航发展及满足我们用户所需提供先进的航空系统产品。苏州工厂将在交付具有高竞争性和时间紧迫的民用航空项目任务中发挥重要的作用。"

GE航空系统的苏州工厂坐落于苏州工业园区。新扩充的厂房面积为18,600平方米，可以立刻投入生产先进的热压罐制的复合材料部件、机械制造加工、结构件装配和民用飞机作动系统。

目前计划新工厂2009年的员工数将超过200人。工厂的业务目标主要支持重要客户的需求包括波音 B737, B777 和 B787, 空客 A320, A330 和 A340，中国的ARJ21支线飞机的零部件生产等等。

GE 赢得中国两电厂总价值1.28亿美元服务协议，包括浙江最大的燃气轮机联合循环电厂

GE能源集团在中国签署的第一个针对9E燃气轮机的合约式服务协议

中国，北京---3月3日--- GE能源集团近期与中国两电厂签订了总额为1.28亿美元的服务及维修合同，包括浙江省最大的燃气轮机联合循环电厂。此举为中国提高能源利用效率，减低排放作出了贡献。

GE能源集团将为位于宁波的浙江浙能集团镇海电厂两台GE 9FA燃气轮机提供定期检测及服务。镇海电厂是浙江最大的燃气轮机联合循环电厂，电出力达795.6兆瓦。

GE还同位于泉州的福建石化集团签署了长期合约式服务协议（CSA），为两台GE 9E燃气轮机提供备件，维修及相关服务。这是GE在中国签署的第一个针对9E燃气轮机的该类协议。福建石化运用整体气化联合循环技术，利用炼油过程中产生的废气发电。福建石化是中国石油化工行业最大的合资企业，其炼油厂每年生产能力约四百万吨。

这两个合约式服务协议的签署有效的保证了GE 9FA和9E燃机的安全可靠运行，同时可通过有计划的定期维修来避免意外故障发生。
