Client Configuration

The Client Configuration tab on the Computer Editor allows you to enable or disable lockdown mode, to define the default startup options for a specific workstation, and to link a piece of equipment to a specific workstation.

On the Default Computer Editor, the Client Configuration tab allows you to define the default startup options for a all of the computers in your system or a subset of those computers.
Note: This tab is available in the Computer Editor only if the selected computer is configured to override the global configuration settings.

An information message is posted in the Feedback Zone any time a change is detected in the configuration settings of the functions.

Lockdown Mode

The following table describes the available options.

When lockdown is enabled, you cannot access anything outside of the Workflow client, but may log in or log out. When lockdown is disabled, you can access other programs, minimize the client, and so on.

Equipment Link
