Setpoints can also be downloaded from Basic Control Engine scripts

The $DOWNLOAD alarm is generated when a user downloads a setpoint or a recipe. The alarm message contains the following information:


         <point_id> <value> <user_id> (<OS_user> @ <computer_name>)
