2011年9月16日，上海------GE科技节今天在GE中国研发中心拉开帷幕，一大批"在中国为中国"项目的研发成果让现场观众领略到GE本土研发的雄厚实力。从2008年至今，GE"在中国为中国"专项研发项目累计已经投入1.15亿美元，使得GE的尖端科技惠及更多中国用户，为中国客户提供更多性能价格比更优的产品与解决方案。这些专为中国客户本土研发的创新成果不仅有助于中国客户节能减排，提高运营可靠性，同时帮助更多中国人享受到用得起的高质量医疗服务。
GE首席执行官（CEO）伊梅尔特于2008年初正式启动"在中国为中国"专项研发项目，首批投入1500万美元专项CEO研发资金，用于研制和开发更加满足中国市场需求的产品。作为对中国研发中心实力的认可，2009年和2010年则在2008年的基础上翻番，分别投入3000万美元，2011年则继续加大投入至4000万美元。

GE Capital et PSA Peugeot Citroën viennent de conclure un accord qui pourrait bien être l'une des plus importantes transactions bilatérales en Europe en matière de véhicules électriques (VE) entre une société et un constructeur.
Le contrat, qui a été signé en tant que protocole d'accord, le 14septembre à Francfort, conclut la vente par PSA Peugeot Citroën de 1 000 véhicules électriques.
