Verify an equipment property aspect
Procedure In the navigator, click . In the Workflows list, select the resource you want to work with.
Note: A resource must already have been added in order to select it from this list. For more information, see Add a resource to the workflow model .
In the Displays panel, click . Click the Workflow Editor tab. Insert an activity: At the workflow level: At the subprocess level:Double-click the local subprocess you want to add the activity to. From the Standard Activities panel, click and drag the activity you want to insert to a drop point. On the activity configuration panel, click Configure Method . The Configure Method dialog box appears, displaying a list of the available call method service providers.
Double-click IEquipment to display the list of available call methods. Click HasPropertyAspect , and then click Finish . The input parameters appear in the activity configuration panel.
Configure the method as follows: Enter the name of the aspect in the aspectName field. In the Equipment Instance or Class field, click the ellipsis button, and then select the resource from Universal Browser. Enter the name of the property in the propertyName field and then click OK . Click Save . Run the workflow, or, on the Test/Debug tab, test the workflow to ensure that your input parameters are configured correctly.
