Inspection Data Collection Workflow

This workflow describes how the Inspector collects Inspection data. A technician then reviews the inspection data using Inspection Management.

Persona: Technician

As a Technician, access Integrity Mobile app and log in to the application for the first time using either your APM username and password or your SSO credentials. You should create an offline PIN during this step.

Persona: Technician

As a Technician, review the My Inspections section and any inspections that are already assigned to you as the inspector or team member. Review the All Tasks section where you can view the upcoming tasks and create new inspections.

Persona: Technician

As a Technician, you can create and complete inspection for the upcoming task.

Persona: Technician

As a Technician, you can upload the inspection to the APM server.

Persona: Technician

As a Technician, log in to the APM server via a web browser and verify the uploaded inspection data.
