Access Integrity Mobile App Using Non-SSO Login

Procedure

  1. If you are logging in for the first time:
    1. On a mobile device, select .
      The application starts and the Integrity Mobile page appears.
    2. In the Server box, enter URL that is provided by your system administrator.
    3. Select the appropriate database from the Tenant/Datasource drop down list box.
    4. Enter your sign-in information in the USER NAME and PASSWORD boxes, and then select Sign in.
      The CREATE OFFLINE ACCESS PIN page appears.
    5. If you want to reset your PIN, enter and confirm your PIN in the available boxes, and then select Save.
      Note: To enhance data security, this PIN should be different from your Integrity Mobile app password, which you entered in the previous step.
      You are signed in, and the My Inspections page appears.
  2. If you have logged in previously:
    1. On a mobile device, select .
      The application starts and the Integrity Mobile page appears.
    2. Enter your sign-in information in the USER NAME and PASSWORD boxes, and then select Sign in.
      The My Inspections page appears.
      Note: If an error occurs on the Server Settings or Login page, an Info Log button appears for easy review and collection of error logs.

Access Integrity Mobile App using SSO Login

Before You Begin

Activate the server URL for SSO login.

Procedure

  1. On a mobile device, select .
    The application starts and the Integrity Mobile page appears.
  2. Enter URL in the Server box that is provided by your system administrator.
    Note:
    • You must enter the full server URL in the following format: http://<server>.

      Example: http://<server name>.predix.io

    • Do not enter the tenant ID as part of the server URL.
    • You can configure application servers using the Azure application proxy. After entering the server URL, you will be redirected automatically to the SSO Login page. In that case, skip to step 6.
  3. Enter or select the name of the tenant in the Tenant/Datasource box that is provided by your system administrator.
  4. Select Next.
    The Sign in page appears.
  5. Select Sign in with SSO.
    The SSO Login page appears.
  6. Enter your sign-in information in the Email and Password boxes, and then select Sign in.
    You are signed in, and the dashboard page appears.
    Note: If an error occurs on the Server Settings or Login page, an Info Log button appears for easy review and collection of error logs.

Access Integrity Mobile App using UAA SSO Login

Procedure

  1. On a mobile device, select .
    The application starts and the Integrity Mobile page appears.
  2. In the Server box, enter URL that is provided by your system administrator.
    Note:
    • You must enter the full server URL in the following format: https://<server>.

      Example: https://my.server.name.predix.io

    • If you use http instead of https in the server URL for the login, you will receive an error message, asking you to enter the correct server URL.
    • Do not enter the tenant ID as part of the server URL.
  3. In the Tenant/Datasource box, enter the name of the tenant that is provided by your system administrator.
  4. Select Next.
    The Predix SSO Login page appears.
  5. In the Email and Password boxes, enter your sign-in information, and then select Sign in.
    You are signed in, and the dashboard page appears.

Create an Offline Sign-In PIN

As an Integrity Mobile app user, you can create a sign-in PIN to access the app when the device is in offline mode.

Before You Begin

You must be accessing the Integrity Mobile app for the first time to create a new sign-in PIN.

Procedure

  1. On a mobile device, select .
    The application starts and the Integrity Mobile page appears.
  2. In the USER NAME and PASSWORD boxes, enter your sign-in information, and then select Sign in.
    The CREATE OFFLINE ACCESS PIN page appears.
  3. In the CREATE OFFLINE ACCESS PIN page, Enter a six-digit PIN, and then select Next.
    Note: To enhance data security, this PIN should be different from your Integrity Mobile app password, which you entered in the previous step.
  4. In the CONFIRM OFFLINE ACCESS PIN page, re-enter the six-digit PIN, and then select Save.
    Tip: Select Create New to create a new PIN.
    You are signed in and the Integrity Mobile app dashboard page appears.

Results

Your new offline sign-in PIN is created to access the Integrity Mobile app in offline mode.

Reset Offline Sign-In PIN

Before You Begin

  • You must have configured your offline sign-in PIN when you accessed the Integrity Mobile app for the first time.
  • You must be online to reset your offline sign-in PIN.

Procedure

  1. Access User Settings on Integrity Mobile App.
    The user settings page appears, displaying the user profile.
  2. Select Remove PIN from device.
    A message appears, stating that the offline PIN has been removed.
  3. Select OK.
    The offline sign-in PIN is removed.
  4. Log out of the application and then complete the steps for accessing the Integrity Mobile app while online.
  5. Sign in to the application.
    A page appears, prompting you to create a new offline sign-in PIN.

Results

The offline sign-in PIN is reset for the Integrity Mobile app.

Sign in to the Integrity Mobile App in Offline Mode

Before You Begin

  • You must have signed in at least once while online.
  • You must have an offline sign-in PIN, which is separate from your APM password.

Procedure

  1. On a mobile device, select .
    The application starts and the Integrity Mobile page appears.
  2. In the USER NAME/SSO ID box, enter your user name or SSO ID, and then select Sign in.
    An ENTER OFFLINE ACCESS PIN page appears.
  3. Enter your six-digit offline sign-in PIN.
    Note: To enhance data security, if you enter an incorrect PIN five times in offline mode, the application will prevent your login attempts for 60 seconds.

Results

You are signed in to the Integrity Mobile app in offline mode.

Sign Out

About This Task

Once you sign in to the Integrity Mobile app, your login information will be stored until the app in uninstalled or you sign out. This topic describes how to sign out of the app.

Procedure

  1. Open the Integrity Mobile app.
  2. In the upper-right corner of the page, select your profile in the drop-down list box, and then select Logout.
    You are signed out of the Integrity Mobile app.

Access User Settings

Procedure

  1. Log in to the Integrity Mobile app.
    The Integrity Mobile page appears.
  2. Select the user name, and then select Settings from the drop-down list box.
    The Settings page appears, displaying the User Settings and Connection Settings sections. By default, the User Settings tab is selected; the User Settings section displays the user profile page.

Results

The User Settings page appears, displaying the user profile.
Note:
  • You can access the Settings page from any main page of the Integrity Mobile app.
  • Select Back to return to the Integrity Mobile page.

Configure User Preferences

Procedure

  1. Access User Settings on the Integrity Mobile app.
  2. Select SELECT IMAGE to set a user profile image.
  3. Select an image from the media library or capture a new photo using the device camera.

Results

The user profile image has been stored.
