Inspection Details Records

Inspection Details records store details about inspection’s offline form. Information entered in this form is saved automatically to the application’s internal database; it will be updated in the APM database when the inspection is uploaded. Inspection Sheet Records

Inspection Sheet records store details about bulk of inspection documentation. It captures the details of all findings as well as any sub-inspections that are to be completed as part of the overall inspection. It displays different sections depending on the type of inspection being viewed. This topic provides a list and description of the fields that exist for the Step Details family. The information in the table reflects the baseline state and behavior of these fields. This list is not comprehensive.

The non-checklist category includes General Finding records which has buttons on each row for capturing images and creating recommendations.

MENU ITEMSCharacterIt can be expanded or collapsed.Each item header displays checklist category along with the number of records within that category.

If a new record is required during the process of completing an inspection, you can create one by selecting this icon which redirects you to the New Inspection Recommendation page.

SUB-INSPECTION FAMILYCharacterDisplays sub-inspection nameEach header of the item displays the caption of the sub-inspection family.

Select + Create New to create a new sub-inspection when completing a checklist or non-checklist inspection.

In the checklist inspection, each sub-inspection can capture images for it, if the family has had the Has Reference Documents relationship defined for it.

In the non-checklist inspection, All other related records have a singular button for capturing images, if the family has been configured with the Has Reference Documents relationship.

Recommendations Records

All Tasks Records

All Tasks records store details about the list of tasks which you can review, and if required, you can create inspections from the app. This topic provides a list and description of the fields that exist for the All Tasks Records family. TASK TYPECharacter The type of inspection that should be performed on the piece of equipment at the interval indicated in the Interval field.This field is populated with the value that is stored in the Task Type ID field in the Task Types record associated with the time-based inspection setting (that is, the task type for which an inspection interval is defined in the Time-Based Inspection Settings page).

Inspection Sync Errors

Inspection Sync Errors family is used by Inspection Management when syncing data received from the Mobile Inspection application. The family stores a JSON data object pertaining to the scheduled jobs status and any errors that occurred during that job.

This family is not enabled for site filtering, which means that records in this family can be accessed by any user with the appropriate license and family privileges. For more information, refer to the Sites section of the documentation.
