Deadband Application Release Notes 22.09.0

New Feature

Data Point Processing: Multiple data points for a given tag can now be filtered according to the config json settings, making the Deadband Application 22.09.0 compatible with the new EGD Protocol Adapter 22.08.0 data throttle (batcher) feature. Previous versions of the Deadband Application would ignore multiple data points for a given tag and pass the data values through unfiltered.
