After an administrator has added devices to Predix Edge Manager, devices must be enrolled with Predix Machine to enable you to manage devices from the cloud.
A Predix
Machine-enabled device has no identity initially associated with the Predix cloud. Similarly, the Predix cloud has no knowledge of the device until an identity is created on the cloud and associated with the device using their Predix cloud credentials.
