HOUSTON---June 3, 2014---GE (NYSE: GE) today announced that it has successfully completed its acquisition of Cameron's Reciprocating Compression division for $550 million USD.
The division provides reciprocating compression equipment and aftermarket parts and services for oil and gas production, gas processing, gas distribution and independent power industries. Cameron's Reciprocating Compression division has approximately 900 employees and operates from 20 global locations.
Scott Rowland has been named managing director of GE Capital Real Estate - Canada. He assumes management of the company's growing Canadian lending business with a mandate to expand GE's presence in the real estate lending market. Scott brings 18 years of financial experience and business leadership to the role.

在加入GE之前，伟明在中国航空工业总公司任职7年。

俄亥俄州WEST CHESTER，2014年5月15日------ CFM国际公司今天宣布新的任命：阿伦*帕克森(Allen Paxson) 将接替夏晨善（Chaker Chahrour）担任公司执行副总裁。
夏晨善先生自2009年2月起开始担任CFM国际公司执行副总裁，目前已就任新职，任GE航空集团销售及市场营销副总裁。
作为CFM高管团队的一员，阿伦*帕克森先生全面负责CFM的所有项目。他与斯奈克玛同一职位的Cédric Goubet是合资公司双方的主要协调人。帕克森先生同时还担任GE航空集团CFM项目总经理。
此前，阿伦* 帕克森先生是GE航空集团支线发动机及服务项目总经理，负责GE的CF34、Passport 20和CT7系列发动机以及GE与霍尼韦尔的合资公司生产的CFE738发动机的开发、生产、产品支持及服务。

HUNT VALLEY, MD, MAY 13, 2014 --- GE Capital Markets announced today that it has hired Joe Thompson as senior vice president to support GE Capital's growing equipment and vendor finance business. He will be based in Irving, TX where GE Capital, Equipment Finance is headquartered.
Thompson returns to GE Capital from AIG Commercial Asset Finance, where he was senior vice president of Capital Markets. Prior to AIG, Thompson was with Transamerica Equipment Finance and GE Capital. He is a graduate of Texas Tech, with an MBA from University of North Texas.
