GEnx发动机已出色运营六个月
德国法兰克福 -- 2012年5月2日 -- 汉莎航空公司与波音及GE在德国法兰克福共同举行庆祝仪式，欢迎首架由4台GEnx-2B发动机为动力的747-8洲际飞机加入汉莎机队。汉莎航空是该型飞机的启动用户，共订购了20架747-8I，另外还意向订购了20架同机型飞机。本架飞机的首航订于6月1日自法兰克福飞至华盛顿市（杜勒斯国际机场）。
