FAIRFIELD, Conn. -- July 1, 2013 -- GE [NYSE: GE] Chairman and CEO Jeff Immelt announced today the appointment of Susan P. Peters as Senior Vice President, Human Resources, succeeding John Lynch, who is retiring. Immelt also announced that Raghu Krishnamoorthy, Vice President of Human Resources for GE Aviation, will succeed Peters as head of Executive Development and Chief Learning Officer for GE, and that Ernest W. Marshall, Jr., Global Human Resources leader for Aviation Systems, will succeed Krishnamoorthy as Vice President of Human Resources for GE Aviation.

GE成熟的煤气化技术采用公司新一代RSC辐射废热回收系统，可捕集煤转化成合成气体过程中释放的蒸汽热量。RSC副产的蒸汽量在用于煤气化下游工艺后，几乎无需再配备独立的锅炉用于产生额外蒸汽或电力。这无疑增加了煤化工企业的能效利用，同时降低了排放。

GE today announced it had been awarded a contract with its consortium partner, Downer EDI Limited, to supply turbines, build and maintain the $350 million Boco Rock wind farm in New South Wales.
Upon completion, the wind farm will comprise 67 turbines located just outside of Nimmitabel, in the New South Wales Snowy Mountains region. The project is permitted for potential future expansion to 121 turbines.
