Step 8. Test the Screens in CimView

Procedure

Double-click Runtime_Link.cimrt in the Workbench right pane.

Click Runtime in the Home>Runtime group on the Link.cim Ribbon bar.

Results

The rectangle on each screen displays the following.


Source Object	Link Container


A	The source object on the protected screen displays its configured runtime properties.
B	The link container: Retains the properties of the source object, even though the source configuration did not display in the protected source's Properties - Object dialog boxes. Displays the Scaling runtime property that was configured for the link container.
