Atn (function)

Syntax Atn (number)
Description Returns the angle (in radians) whose tangent is number.
Comments Some helpful conversions:
  • Pi (3.1415926536) radians = 180 degrees.
  • radian = 57.2957795131 degrees.
  • degree = .0174532925 radians.
Example This example finds the angle whose tangent is 1 (45 degrees) and displays the result.
