Jenbach, 3. Mai 2012 -- Der neue, 27 Hektar große Stadtteil King's Cross im Zentrum von London soll künftig mithilfe von drei Jenbacher Blockheizkraftwerken (BHKW) von GE mit Strom und Wärme versorgt werden. Der erste von insgesamt drei 2-MW-Gasmotoren wurde kürzlich geliefert, die Inbetriebnahme ist für Sommer 2012 geplant. Die Installation dieses BHKWs ist Teil einer größeren wirtschaftlichen Zusammenarbeit zwischen GE und King's Cross Central Limited Partnership, die auf nachhaltige Infrastrukturmaßnahmen in Städten abzielt.
