标志着中国第一个以机场为主体的PBN项目，将提高机场准入能力及航运业载
美国华盛顿州西雅图 - 2012年5月3日-上周在中国四川省九寨黄龙机场，由GE设计的基于性能导航（PBN）航路进行了成功的验证飞行。这是在中国首个由机场发起的公共PBN项目，所设计的航路将会对所有获准航空器运营人开放。中国国际航空公司，中国东方航空公司以及四川航空公司是首批在此高精度航路上运营的航空公司。
"GE积极与每家参与单位协同合作以保证新的航路适用于每个符合资质航空公司的特定机型并得到验证，以保证实现其利益最大化，" GE航空集团PBN服务总经理 Giovanni Spitale表示， "PBN航路不仅能改善进入该区域的飞机性能及可靠性，还将有助于提高空中交通管理效率，改善机场运输能力。"
坐落于海拔11311英尺（3448米）的岷山山脉，陡峭的地势使得进入九寨机场极具挑战性，特别是在恶劣天气情况下的飞行。GE设计的高精度PBN航路，通过提供最优化的水平和垂直引导将有效地提高合格运营商的机场准入能力和业载。同时GE还将协调进离场航路以实现多个PBN程序的同时运行。
Jenbach, 3. Mai 2012 -- Der neue, 27 Hektar große Stadtteil King's Cross im Zentrum von London soll künftig mithilfe von drei Jenbacher Blockheizkraftwerken (BHKW) von GE mit Strom und Wärme versorgt werden. Der erste von insgesamt drei 2-MW-Gasmotoren wurde kürzlich geliefert, die Inbetriebnahme ist für Sommer 2012 geplant. Die Installation dieses BHKWs ist Teil einer größeren wirtschaftlichen Zusammenarbeit zwischen GE und King's Cross Central Limited Partnership, die auf nachhaltige Infrastrukturmaßnahmen in Städten abzielt.
GEnx发动机已出色运营六个月
德国法兰克福 -- 2012年5月2日 -- 汉莎航空公司与波音及GE在德国法兰克福共同举行庆祝仪式，欢迎首架由4台GEnx-2B发动机为动力的747-8洲际飞机加入汉莎机队。汉莎航空是该型飞机的启动用户，共订购了20架747-8I，另外还意向订购了20架同机型飞机。本架飞机的首航订于6月1日自法兰克福飞至华盛顿市（杜勒斯国际机场）。
