Achieving U.S. Milestone is Key in Deploying New Reactors Worldwide
WILMINGTON, N.C.---September 9, 2009---GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy (GEH) today announced it has achieved a key milestone in deploying the world's most advanced nuclear reactor design.
GEH has completed its submittal of the design certification document for the Economic Simplified Boiling Water Reactor (ESBWR) to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). With the submittal, GEH has provided detailed information for the NRC to proceed with evaluating the ESBWR design for certification.

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--01 September 2009-- GE Capital, Franchise Finance announced today that it provided a $4 million credit facility enabling RDSL to acquire and develop seven Jack in the Box franchise restaurants in greater Dallas. GE Capital only took two and a half weeks to approve and close the deal with RDSL.
