London, 17 August 2012 - GE Capital's Healthcare Finance division has agreed to expand its equipment leasing facility to Slough-based Hospedia Ltd, the world's leading provider of point of care systems in healthcare, including media, information, clinical support software and infrastructure services.
SHANNON, Ireland, August 28, 2012 -- GE Capital Aviation Services Limited (GECAS), the commercial aircraft leasing and financing arm of GE, announced it will lease two Airbus A320-200 aircraft to a new customer, Tyrolean Airways.
Tyrolean Airways is responsible for operating all Austrian Airlines flights.
The aircraft are scheduled for delivery in early 2013 and will expand the existing fleet to around 80 aircraft.

SINGAPORE, August 22, 2012 -- GE Capital Aviation Services Limited (GECAS), the commercial aircraft leasing and financing arm of GE, announced it delivered two new Boeing 737-800 aircraft to Indonesia's Lion Air as part of a purchase and leaseback transaction.
The aircraft from the airline's existing order book with Boeing were delivered in May and July and will be used to expand and modernize the airline's fleet.
PT Lion Mentari Airline is Indonesia's largest private airline with a fleet of more than 80 aircraft and passenger service to more than 60 destinations.

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--21 August 2012-- GE Capital, Franchise Finance recently provided a $45 million senior secured credit facility to Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers®, a Baton Rouge, La.-based restaurant chain. The facility refinances the company's existing term loan and provides a revolving line of credit. A portion of the funding was provided through GE Capital bank affiliate, GE Capital Bank.

CHICAGO--16 August 2012-- GE Antares, a unit of GE Capital, announced today it served as administrative agent on a $85 million senior credit facility for Kele, Inc., a portfolio investment of CHS Capital. The financing supported a dividend recapitalization. GE Capital Markets served as sole lead arranger and bookrunner on the transaction.
