Funds refinancing and growth capital
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--12 June 2012-- GE Capital, Franchise Finance recently provided a $7.1 million credit facility to Hishmeh Enterprises, a Domino's Pizza franchisee. The funding includes a $5.6 million term loan to refinance existing debt and a $1.5 million development line of credit for growth capital. The financing was provided through GE Capital's bank affiliate, GE Capital Bank.
HONG KONG, June 11, 2012 -- GE Capital Aviation Services Limited (GECAS), the commercial aircraft leasing and financing arm of GE, announced delivery of a new Airbus A320 to Japanese low-cost carrier Star Flyer to expand its fleet.
Star Flyer operates passenger service to destinations in Japan with an all-Airbus fleet that features leather seats, in-flight entertainment and extra legroom.

The Preston based company, which manufactures own label products for major supermarket chains and high street stores, was recently purchased by Dutch company, Royal Sanders, who operate in the same market.

TORONTO, June 6, 2012 - GE Capital, Corporate Finance today announced that it co-led $265 million in revolving and term loan credit facilities for Clearwater Seafoods (TSX: CLR, CLR.DB.B, CLR.DB.A). The facilities will be used to refinance Clearwater's existing debt and support growth. GE Capital Markets structured the loans and served as joint lead arranger of the credit facilities.
Founded in 1976, Clearwater is one of North America's largest vertically integrated seafood companies.
