Washington DC, 26 October 2015 -- GE (NYSE:GE) announced today the signing of four infrastructure projects valued at over $1 billion in the presence of the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo, during his state visit to the United States. Three of the projects will be in the power sector and contribute an estimated 3 GW in capacity towards the country’s plan to provide more than 35 GW of additional power by 2019. The fourth project will provide maintenance services for 50 locomotives in PT Kereta Api Indonesia’s (PT KAI) rail fleet.
Washington, DC -October 26, 2015-GE (NYSE: GE) announced today that it will invest up to $1 billion in the power, oil and gas, and healthcare sectors to support Indonesia’s accelerated economic growth. The announcement was made on the sidelines of a meeting between the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo, and the President of United States of America, Barack Obama. The investment will be made in tandem with GE’s participation in the country’s infrastructure build-out.

Stephan Reimelt, der die Aufgabe des President und CEO von GE Power Conversion übernimmt. Carlos Härtel wird in dieser Rolle an Mark Hutchinson, President und CEO von GE Europe, berichten.
