休斯敦，2013年9月23日------GE石油天然气集团今天宣布在近期收购Salof公司的所有资产之后完成了对其下属合资公司北京安珂罗工程技术有限公司50%股权的收购，北京安珂罗工程技术有限公司是Salof公司与北京美信东方工程技术有限公司在北京成立的合资公司，专业从事石油天然气、化工、石油化工等领域的各种工程业务。
今年6月，GE石油天然气集团宣布完成了对美国Salof公司所有资产的收购。Salof公司位于美国德克萨斯州Schertz市，是一家小型液化天然气（LNG）技术设计商和制造商。当时，对这家合资公司股权的收购必须等待惯常交割条件的完成。

Houston and CHICAGO-- September 18, 2013--Clean Energy Fuels Corp., Ferus Natural Gas Fuels, GE Ventures and GE Energy Financial Services announced today at the High Horsepower Summit in Chicago a consortium to jointly deliver liquefied natural gas ("LNG") in the United States. The consortium, Eagle LNG Partners, will develop regional LNG projects to meet the growing demand for the cleaner-burning, less expensive fuel in industries such as long-haul trucking, rail, mining, marine, and oil and gas services.
