FAIRFIELD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 1, 2005--GE (NYSE: GE) today announced the pricing of its secondary public offering of Genworth's Class A Common Stock. GE agreed to sell a total of 38 million shares to Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated, the sole underwriter of the offering, at a price of $34.66 per share. GE granted an over-allotment option to permit the underwriter to purchase an additional 2.85 million shares.
December 1, 2005 -- EVENDALE, Ohio - Cathay Pacific Airways has made commitments to acquire 16 GE90-115B powered Boeing 777-300ER aircraft. The airline, which will lease four of the aircraft, will take delivery between 2007 and 2012.
