GE Capital Fleet Services wins prestigious Fleet News Award
GE Capital Fleet Services UK, the fleet management arm of GE Capital, today announced that it was named 'Leasing Company of the Year' at the 2010 Fleet News Awards, held at Grosvenor House in London's Park Lane on the 17th of March.
GE Capital Fleet Services was recognised at the awards ceremony for its sustained focus on service, product and innovation. The team was commended for its investment in a range of industry leading tools that it provides, including the latest version of its iQuote quote and ordering application, iManage analysis tool and iReport portal which have helped deliver high quality service across its customer base.
Reflecting on the decision, the judges also noted the excellent variety of initiatives that GE Capital Fleet Services has in place to support its customers and that offer detailed savings plans to board directors and drivers alike, ensuring buy-in at both levels.
A particular mention was reserved for the company's Key Solutions team which drives continual improvement across all aspects of its customers' fleets. The team received highly complimentary feedback from decision-makers over the course of the last 12 months whilst identifying customer savings in excess of £30million.
