About GIS Configuration

The Geographic Information System (GIS) feature of GE Digital APM is used to store and display geospatial data associated with different entities. The map tiles required for this functionality are provided by utility mapping service providers. The GIS feature is designed to work in conjunction with the mapping service provider of your choice. You can select a mapping service provider or modify the provider to which you have subscribed in the GIS Configuration page.

You must be a Super User or a member of the MI Configuration Role Security Group to modify the GIS configuration.

Access the GIS Configuration Page

Procedure

In the module navigation menu, select Admin > Operations Manager > GIS Configuration.

The GIS Configuration page appears.
