On-site repairs for a quicker restart
We have developed an array of proven repair techniques for your industrial steam turbine and generators. These include many specialist repairs for parts such as blade failure, diaphragms or leakages. Our advanced repair solutions are cost-effective, properly scoped to your operational needs and enhanced to reduce your downtime.

Rotors Repair: Straightening, balancing, weld repairs, disc head repairs, disassembly and rebuild Stator Water Box Leakage Repair: Seal leaking water boxes by exposed coating with only disconnecting the hydraulic hoses (no bar removal)

Our performance improvement upgrades and retrofits can include partial or full steam path components replacement, which are engineered and manufactured with the latest tools and methods.

Our comprehensive portfolio of stator upgrades includes rewinds, midsections, core restacks and replacements for any make of industrial steam generator.
