FAIRFIELD, Conn.--11 July 2008-- GE (NYSE: GE) today promoted Dan Janki, 40, to chief financial officer (CFO) of GE Energy, and Trevor Schauenberg, 39, to vice president of Corporate Investor Communications.
Janki, GE's former vice president of Corporate Investor Communications, succeeds Tom Saddlemire, who is retiring after a distinguished 38-year GE career. Janki will report to John Krenicki, president and CEO of GE Energy. His promotion is effective July 14, 2008.
