GE Capital Aviation Services Helps Aeroflot Build Long-Haul Fleet with Three New Airbus A330s

MOSCOW, April 2, 2012 -- GE Capital Aviation Services Limited (GECAS), the commercial aircraft leasing and financing unit of GE, announced delivery of two new Airbus A330s on lease to Aeroflot Russian Airlines following a purchase-and-leaseback transaction with the airline.

A third new Airbus A330 is scheduled for delivery in April. All three aircraft come from Aeroflot's existing order book with Airbus.

TOKYO, March 12, 2012 -- GE Capital Aviation Services Limited (GECAS), the commercial aircraft leasing and financing arm of GE, today announced delivery of a new Boeing 737-800 aircraft to Japanese low-cost airline Solaseed Air to help them with their fleet upgrade. The aircraft comes from GECAS' existing order book with Boeing.

Solaseed Air, the new brand name of Skynet Asia, is transitioning out of its Boeing 737-400 fleet to an all-new Boeing 737-800 fleet. It currently operates 13 aircraft to five destinations in Japan.
