The temperature hovers around freezing, and rain is frequently in the forecast. Maggie Sieger
November 09, 2017
In the winter of 1994, Pat Bergin traveled from Almaty in Kazakhstan to Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, in Central Asia to meet with a former Soviet minister who wanted to lease a fleet of aircraft.
