This transaction, with project developer Pacifico Energy, contributes to GE Energy Financial Services' plan to invest over USD $1 billion annually in renewable energy projects worldwide.

HOUSTON---June 3, 2014---GE (NYSE: GE) today announced that it has successfully completed its acquisition of Cameron's Reciprocating Compression division for $550 million USD.
The division provides reciprocating compression equipment and aftermarket parts and services for oil and gas production, gas processing, gas distribution and independent power industries. Cameron's Reciprocating Compression division has approximately 900 employees and operates from 20 global locations.

TREVOSE, PA.---May 27, 2014---GE (NYSE: GE) today announced that the Swedish company WIBAX Energy AB, part of the WIBAX Group, will distribute GE's water technologies in the Nordic region. The distribution agreement, which started on May 1, 2014, combines WIBAX's local expertise and GE's advanced technologies to create greater access to innovative water and process solutions in the Nordic region. At the request of the French government, we have agreed, in consultation with Alstom, to extend the deadline for consideration by the Alstom board of our proposal until June 23. We have done so to facilitate ongoing discussions with the government. The industrial project we have presented is good for Alstom, for France and for GE, and our discussions have continued to be constructive. We view this extension positively.
