Eigner der Projekte, die im 180 Kilometer nordöstlich von Neapel gelegenen Troja realisiert werden sollen, sind: Vento Energia, Bergamo Energia, Sistemi Energetici und Eolo Puglia. Troja ist als eine der windreichsten Regionen Italiens bekannt.
