Geヘルスケア・ジャパン、武田薬品工業と研究用機器の資産一括管理契約を締結

GEヘルスケア・ジャパン株式会社（本社：東京都日野市／代表取締役社長：川上潤）はこのほど、武田薬品工業株式会社（本社：大阪市中央区／代表取締役社長：長谷川閑史）と、同社が保有する研究用機器などの資産管理をGEヘルスケア・ジャパンに一元的に委託する「Scientific Asset Services（サイエンティフィック・アセット・サービス：SAS）」を開始することで合意しました（SASの詳細は「Scientific Asset Services（SAS）の特長」を参照）。

この合意に基づき、GEヘルスケア・ジャパンは、本年2月に竣工した武田薬品工業の湘南研究所（神奈川県藤沢市、鎌倉市）と大阪工場地区にあるCMC研究センター（大阪府大阪市）に同社の専門チームを常駐させ、研究機器の資産管理や定期点検のスケジュール調整などのメンテナンス業務を、機器の供給元のメーカーに関わらず一元的に管理します。

(2011년 7월 7일, 서울) GE 코리아(대표: 황수 사장)는 오늘 국제올림픽위원회(IOC)가 발표한 2018년 동계 올림픽 대회 개최지로 강원도 평창이 선정된 것을 축하한다고 밝혔다.

황수 사장은 "평창이 2018년 동계 올림픽 대회를 성공적으로 유치하게 된 것을 진심으로 축하하며, 이번 올림픽은 평창의 발전을 위한 좋은 기회가 될 것으로 생각한다. GE는 지난 올림픽 대회들과 마찬가지로 세계 최고 수준의 인프라 솔루션을 제공하고 지속가능한 대회를 운영할 수 있도록 IOC와 국내 조직위원회와 협력할 것이다"고 말했다.

최근 GE는 IOC와의 파트너십을 8년간 추가 연장한다고 발표한 바 있다. 이로써 GE는 2014년 러시아 소치 동계 올림픽, 2016년 브라질 리오데자네이로 하계 올림픽, 2018년 한국 평창동계올림픽, 2020년 하계 올림픽까지 올림픽 후원사로 활동하게 된다.
