London, 22 March, 2012: GE Capital has bolstered its European Corporate Aircraft Finance business, with the creation of several new roles and internal appointments. The changes include a new dedicated management team for Corporate Aircraft Finance -- Matthias Mueller will remain Commercial Leader and is joined by David Maher who is appointed to Chief Credit Officer and Colin Reid, who extends his remit as Asset Management Leader to include Corporate Aircraft Finance.
Funds acquisition, store development and refinancing
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--20 March 2012-- GE Capital, Franchise Finance provided $4.5 million to KK Group of Companies, a SUBWAY® franchisee. The financing includes a $3.5 million term loan to refinance existing debt and a $1 million development line of credit to fund the acquisition of one new store and for the remodeling and reimaging of four existing units. Funding was provided through GE Capital's bank affiliate, GE Capital Financial Inc.

This new program is being unveiled as U.S. states and municipalities increasingly use toll collection as a source of revenue with the average toll violation increasing 20 percent from 2010 to 2011 to $60 per violation.

SAO PAULO, Brazil, March 19, 2012 -- GE Capital Aviation Services Limited (GECAS), the commercial aircraft leasing and financing unit of GE, announced delivery of a new Boeing 737-800 aircraft to Panama's Copa Airlines to expand its fleet. The aircraft comes from GECAS' existing order book with Boeing.
Copa currently operates a fleet of 73 aircraft to more than 70 destinations in North, Central and South America and the Caribbean.

Frankfurt, 14th September, 2011: GE and PSA Peugeot Citroen have signed an agreement that will potentially become one of the largest Electric Vehicle (EV) deals between a single corporate and a single Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) in Europe. The agreement, which was signed as a memorandum of understanding on September 14th in Frankfurt, involves the potential purchase of up to 1,000 EVs from PSA Peugeot Citroen, by GE Capital, which the company would offer to its customers at a pan-European level.

The aircraft comes from GECAS' existing order book with Boeing.
Solaseed Air, the new brand name of Skynet Asia, is transitioning out of its Boeing 737-400 fleet to an all-new Boeing 737-800 fleet. It currently operates 13 aircraft to five destinations in Japan.
